TBF’s own property on Volkmarstrasse, which served as an office before the move to Beckenhof, was converted into a rental flat. The multifunctional wall unit in the hallway was redesigned as a central design element. The existing bathroom was gutted, and the surfaces and sanitary facilities were renewed. In addition, a section of the hallway was converted into a second bathroom with a bathtub. A new skylight strip in the new bathroom provides the hallway with daylight. The existing kitchen was modernised with new fronts and new flooring. The renovation work took place between April and December 2024.

The design planning, implementation planning, tendering, awarding of contracts and project management, as well as construction management and acceptance, were carried out by TBF + Partner AG.
