Gender Equality Policy

At TBF, we believe that valuing people, respecting equal opportunities, and fostering inclusion are fundamental elements of sustainable and responsible growth.
Starting in 2026, the Italian branch of the company (TBF + Partner Srl) has begun implementing a Gender Equality Management System in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, reinforcing its commitment to promoting a fair, inclusive, and merit-based working environment.
The system adopted provides for the definition, monitoring, and analysis of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which make it possible to measure the results achieved and identify new opportunities for improvement in the areas of corporate culture, governance, HR processes, career growth opportunities, pay equity, and work-life balance.
The goal is to promote an organizational culture in which every person can express their full potential, contributing to the company's development in an environment founded on respect, the appreciation of skills, and equal professional dignity.
Gender equality is not merely a regulatory requirement, but a value that guides the organization's decisions and a path of continuous improvement that involves the entire company.
