Starting in 2026, the Italian branch of the company (TBF + Partner Srl) has begun implementing a Gender Equality Management System in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, reinforcing its commitment to promoting a fair, inclusive, and merit-based working environment.
The system adopted provides for the definition, monitoring, and analysis of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which make it possible to measure the results achieved and identify new opportunities for improvement in the areas of corporate culture, governance, HR processes, career growth opportunities, pay equity, and work-life balance.
