What characterizes me?
Optimistic realist—that’s how those around me perceive and describe me. Always keeping my feet on the ground, I enrich the team with my enthusiasm. As a geographer with wide-ranging interests, I live by the principle of “learning by doing,” value open communication, and embrace a solution-oriented approach to work.
In my work, I enjoy variety and diversity; I want to learn something new every day and grow together as a team. I value finding solutions to real-life challenges on our farm just as much as tackling complex infrastructure projects. I’m also happy to explore new approaches to achieve our goals.
It’s important to me to work on solutions that are relevant to society, and I’m especially pleased when these solutions incorporate sustainability or allow me to stay connected to agriculture.
