Adrian Trachsel

As a manager and project leader, I have over 20 years of experience in the planning and implementation of HVAC, ventilation, and heat recovery systems (across all phases) and EMSRL systems, including retrofits, renovations, and expansions. I am particularly proud of my key role in the construction of over 20 thermal plants, waste-to-energy facilities, district heating plants, and lime kilns. I therefore also have a solid understanding of process engineering. As a former plant manager of a waste-to-energy facility, I am familiar with the concerns and challenges faced by operators and can thus incorporate this knowledge into the planning process.

I am accustomed to working on complex projects within large and sometimes international project organizations: multidisciplinary collaboration across all trades is part of my daily routine. I also serve as a troubleshooter for implementation and commissioning. When working with others, independence and transparency are important to me, and I’m always happy when I can help employees take on more responsibility. I see myself as a team player: I thrive when everyone involved communicates openly and we’re all pulling in the same direction.
