As an engineer at TBF, you are not just a technical specialist. You are a planner, consultant, project manager, expert and generalist. But above all, you are a human being and part of a team where human relationships and the joy of work are paramount. This cooperation in interdisciplinary teams fascinates and motivates me. Differently educated and thinking people come together to solve a common problem. The challenge of finding a consensus in this pool of ideas makes every project unique and interesting. As a mechanical engineer, I work in railway-related plant construction as well as in production, transport and logistics planning. In doing so, I gather new knowledge every day and continuously learn, while contributing my experience and expertise in technical matters. The holistic view from strategic planning to commissioning, the active involvement of users and the promotion of innovative ideas are essential for me.

For me, the same applies in my job as in my favourite hobby, hiking: more beautiful than the view from the summit of the path you have travelled is the view of the next summit.
