Thore Schwarzer
Project Manager
What characterizes me?
My former instructor once said to me, “Thore, I think you can learn anything and do it well. But at the end of the day, you have to know what inspires you and makes you happy.”
I think that’s exactly what I’ve found as a generalist! Being part of the process when something new is created and seeing a successful end result brings me a lot of joy. My analytical approach and proactive communication help me work with others to move forward together.
In my projects, I can rely on my knack for numbers and my eye for quality. When working on and leading projects, I draw on my empathy to ensure that we, as a team, fulfill our mission in a focused and solution-oriented manner. In addition, I am very flexible, a quick learner, and service-oriented.
My background in finance forms the foundation for my project management skills. With my knowledge and experience in civil engineering, I bring technical expertise to the table. This combination makes me a generalist and enables me to maintain a big-picture perspective and build bridges between stakeholders and different disciplines.
