I started my career as a site manager at KEBAG Enova - a great and wonderful challenge! For me, an appreciative, respectful approach is key. I feel comfortable on the pulse of a large construction site with lots of action and can make full use of my talent as a resting pole. My balance and solution-orientation help me to do this.

It fascinates me how much coordination and harmonization of so many different dependencies and trades is necessary for the smooth running of construction sites in general and how I can make my contribution to this. I enjoy finding and implementing solutions for challenges that arise every day - that's why I use my decision-making skills.
