I particularly enjoy cracking complex problems - preferably where technical challenges meet human interaction. For me, working in a team is the core of my daily motivation.

I enjoy interweaving different disciplines with the project-specific constraints to create a coherent overall solution. In doing so, I pursue a positive and honest approach. I am convinced that open and direct communication in a constructive environment ultimately leads to better results for everyone involved.

I appreciate the diversity of projects, but I also enjoy it when you deepen as a team in a large, long-term project and really grow together over time. I find a balance to the complexity of my work in the nearby mountains and by cycling.
