How exciting is it to help shape projects from the initial ideas in the preliminary study all the way to the concrete construction solution in the implementation phase? To that end, I drive the project planning for roadway and civil engineering and coordinate specialized departments, perspectives, and interfaces. What drives me? Creating sustainable value for society through rail projects. With my enthusiasm for new challenges and my background as a trinational civil engineer, I find it easy to adapt to new work environments and problems.

From striving for perfect synchronization in a rowing team to pushing past my own limits to reach the summit of a mountain—my passion for outdoor sports provides me with valuable skills and insights that help me successfully implement our rail projects with the team. Every now and then, you might lose your way or choose different paths. What motivates me is working with everyone involved in the project to approach new situations in a solution-oriented way and ultimately reach our shared goal—the successful completion of the project—together.
