David Metzger

I am fascinated by the intersection of technology and society. I enjoy bringing these two worlds together to develop sustainable solutions for our clients.

My technical foundation comes from my mechanical engineering degree, which I apply at TBF in the design of waste-to-energy plants. My strength lies in coordinating projects across various disciplines and keeping everything on track.

I particularly enjoy helping to develop projects in their early stages, strategically planning, and thinking in broader contexts. In doing so, I draw on my interdisciplinary master’s degree in Technology and Energy Policy from ETH Zurich to make complexity across disciplinary boundaries tangible.

What I enjoy most is working in a team in an open and lighthearted atmosphere, to which I contribute with team spirit, interpersonal sensitivity, and a willingness to take on challenges.
