In addition to my enthusiasm for (power plant) technology, my focus is on solving problems together and achieving a satisfactory result for everyone involved.

I am very analytical in my approach and have a quick grasp of things. I keep the overview and am committed. This is very beneficial to me as a project manager.

Professionally, my focus is on energy generation plants, be it electricity, steam or heat and I now have 20 years of professional experience in this field.

I approach other people with cheerfulness and openness and this radiates back. This positive interaction with each other makes daily project work much easier - whether with colleagues, customers or suppliers.

At TBF I have found a company where I can use the whole portfolio of my skills and, as a learning organization, I can also broaden my horizons every day. I am very grateful for that.
