I am fascinated by the space in which we move every day. However, its sustainable and efficient use presents us with major challenges. This spurs me on every day, both at university and at work, to develop diverse and creative approaches to how we can design public spaces. My ability to keep an eye on the big picture without neglecting the important details helps me to do this.

When playing the saxophone in an orchestra, I feel the same way as when working on projects: it is important to me to find a balance between the loud and soft tones and to enable harmonious interplay. Not only can I easily get excited about new things, but I also keep my long breath. Both in music and in project work, I contribute to success with this combination of enthusiasm and perseverance.
