Technical solutions are central to mastering major transformation tasks such as climate adaptation or sustainable infrastructure. Without people, however, all technology is nothing, because we shape the future with our individual needs, drives and also reservations.

What does it take for this to succeed in a positive sense? For people to come into their power optimistically and self-confidently, to feel like actors and to take responsibility? As a host, moderator and listener between the lines, I would like to help shape social interaction, for example in workshops, so that collective intelligence can emerge.

Participative and meeting each other at eye level are values that I consider central for the development of common visions of the future. I would like to make personal and professional backgrounds, diverse world views, but also different biographical experiences visible and effective, so that holistically elevating results can be achieved - in open and mobile spaces in which we can unfold and experience ourselves as effective.
