Even as a young boy, I was fascinated by how things work. To this day, understanding, planning and optimizing structural, mechanical and technical processes form the basis of my professional motivation.

I see the civil engineering sector** as an ideal field of activity. The responsibility for the coordination of processes, the interface between planning and execution and ensuring quality, deadlines and costs particularly appeal to me. Being close to the construction site enables me not only to plan technical solutions, but also to actively support and manage their implementation.

Civil engineering combines numerous disciplines - from technical issues to environmental and safety aspects and cooperation with contractors, authorities and other project participants. This interplay makes the field particularly exciting for me.

As a great lover of music, I see construction management as a kind of conductor's role: only when everyone involved works together in a coordinated manner can a successful overall project be created.
