My passion is large-scale infrastructure projects in interdisciplinary and challenging constellations. Where possible, I accompany projects as overall project manager or client supporter from the idea to the operating phase and appreciate the versatility of the various project phases. I pay particular attention to communication, financing and approval processes in major projects, as these are often very complex and crucial to the success of the project.

People are at the center of my work. I step in when things get tough and bring my no-nonsense, pragmatic approach to the table. **As a solution-oriented troubleshooter, I maintain an overview, mediate patiently and reach consensus-based decisions.
