As a former top athlete, I prefer to work as part of a team and take on ambitious challenges in a focused and goal-oriented manner. My background in business administration helps me to look at projects from a holistic perspective, take into account the needs of everyone involved and design innovative solutions.

My qualities include flexibility and creativity and I am particularly enthusiastic about the interpersonal relationships that I encounter in our diverse and interdisciplinary TBF projects.

I also appreciate the open interaction and entrepreneurial freedom in my agile TBF environment. This motivates me to realize my full potential, develop new skills and contribute to our joint success.
