The path from an idea to a functioning project is rarely straightforward - which is precisely why I see planning as dynamic further development. For me, this idea does not end with the project, but begins with myself.

It motivates me to develop clear, viable solutions from complex requirements while maintaining an eye for the big picture. As an electrical engineer, I combine technical understanding with a keen sense of interrelationships, priorities and economic aspects.

It is important to me to take people with me, provide orientation and maintain clarity even in demanding situations. I approach new challenges openly and with optimism, seeing change as an opportunity for progress.
