I’m interested in the moments when people begin to voice what they truly think. Not because I’m looking for the one “right” answer, but because I’m convinced that growth begins when different perspectives are allowed to have their place.

That’s why I deliberately structure conversations so that ideas can flow freely. I listen without jumping to conclusions or passing judgment, organize what’s been said, and highlight connections. Not to impose my own perspective, but to help others see their own more clearly.

For me, therefore, consulting isn’t about passing on knowledge. I see it as a shared learning process. I believe that people and organizations often already have the solutions within them. I see my role as creating a framework in which these solutions can come to light.

Language is one of my most important tools in this process. It helps structure complexity, provide orientation, and make thoughts tangible. For me, good language isn’t about persuasion—it opens up possibilities for engaging in dialogue with one another.
