What characterizes me?
Openness, cheerfulness and sensitivity are the qualities that make it easy for me to respond to my counterpart without bias. In doing so, I passionately enjoy practicing change of perspective. By listening in dialog accompaniment, it is a great concern of mine to recognize the needs of others, to make them visible and to give them space.
In the organization and coordination of processes I like to keep the focus in mind. I am available to the team with my determination and resilience and take on different roles. In doing so, I question my values and thought patterns at all times and am thus open to ideas, branch-offs and allow myself to explore new paths.
Through TBF as a learning organization, I recognize the value of individual competence development, which allows to link experiences with new knowledge, to share them, to promote the networking idea and to strengthen the we-feeling in the process.
