What characterizes me?
TBF is the company where I always meet top trained people. For me, "fresh" knowledge is the motivation in everyday life. I have gone through all the crucial stages of education from apprenticeship (electrician), second path Matura, study electrical engineering, study BWL and management. I can look back on a large management experience, from small specialized teams to corporate level (branch office). The sectors energy (medium/high voltage, EDM, PV), industry and aviation have accompanied me for 30 years. My areas of expertise were MarCom, Sales, KAM, PM, QM. I love the contact to customers with their challenges - new territory and surprises - keep me fit. Cold acquisitions are the kick. I have specialized in medical technology, digitization, financing and controlling. I have great fun as a lecturer for Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Strat. Mgmnt. and Mathematics (Statistics); and today also as an audit expert. In these subjects my analytical skills, my structured work as well as my networked thinking are crucial. I personally find working with other cultures very enriching.
