Maja Ahcin

As a lover of art, design and engineering, I am fascinated by the development of cities, especially how strongly the population shapes them. Through my training in spatial planning, I was able to deal with spatial planning issues such as urban, transport and environmental planning and help shape sustainable, future-oriented solutions. I find not only the technical content particularly exciting, but also the processes behind it: working with different stakeholders, coordinating different interests and developing ideas together from conception to realization. I am particularly fascinated by this synergetic planning, as the wide scope for creativity always brings new challenges.

I like to work in a dynamic, flexible and solution-oriented way. A constructive exchange is important to me, as is openness to new ideas - because I see continuous development as the key to my personal and professional advancement.
