What characterizes me?
Diving into the depths of the technology of thermal waste and sewage sludge utilisation plants and untangling the web of complexity, conquering the plant engineering of existing plants or combining individual subplants to form a functioning overall plant – these are fields in the area of plant engineering that inspire me.
The feeling of pulling together with the customer as part of a team and creating an efficient, economical and technically viable overall plant by clarifying a plethora of aspects and topics is the driving force behind my work.
I see communication with all participants within the entire project team as a central task. If the cooperation is collegial and the interaction respectful, the project is more fun and it boosts the commitment of each individual. Maintaining this positive energy every day is a contribution I am happy to make and an essential factor for a successful project.
