I have been working at TBF for over ten years as a project manager in public transport, civil engineering, spatial planning and the environment. As a generalist, I value multidisciplinary collaboration - diverse teams are both an enrichment and a success factor for me. I believe in solution-oriented, partnership-based collaboration and in mastering complex challenges together and implementing sustainable, future-oriented solutions. I am particularly pleased when colleagues take on responsibility, develop themselves further and we can inspire customers together.
